luxembourg passed same-sex marriage and adoption bill in a 56-4 vote in june last year, with the law having come into effect on january 1 this year.
btw, luxembourg is the only country in the world to have both an openly gay prime minister, xavier bettel and deputy pm, etienne schneider.
